I Cast Radio privacy notice
Notice prepared November 8, 2026. This notice describes I Cast Radio's artist account and submission features, including optional features when available.
I Cast Radio is operated by Vibe Rantz Designs LLC. For support or privacy requests, contact viberantzdesigns@gmail.com. Please do not email passwords, sign-in tokens, payment-card details or your private receipt credential.
Sign-in and your artist profile
When you choose Google sign-in, Google processes your sign-in request and sends an identity token to Radio. It may include basic account information such as your name, email address and profile picture. Radio verifies the token and retains Google's issuer identifier and your stable account identifier to recognize your account. The application does not store that Google token, name, email address or picture as your artist profile, and does not request access to Gmail, Drive or other Google account content.
We store your artist account identifiers, creation time, chosen stage name, biography, publication settings and any optional private contact email you enter separately. We use them to maintain your account, associate submissions with you and display the information you choose to publish. Your Google identity and private contact email are not included in your public profile.
Submissions, audio and permissions
We store track titles, artist names, explicit-content flags, submission and request identifiers, receipt-credential hashes, submission ownership, timestamps, queue and moderation status, staff notes, and permission choices with the exact terms you accepted. Older linked-track submissions may also contain a music URL. A file submission does not require an external music URL.
For uploads we store the audio bytes, a file hash, size, format, duration when available, other technical media information and your separate private-screening authorization. Audio files can themselves contain identifying information, including voices or embedded metadata. Avoid including unnecessary personal information. We use uploads for authorized private host screening and operation of your submission, not as public profile audio.
You can choose whether to publish your stage name and biography, and separately whether to include track information on that profile. Public profiles contain metadata, not audio players or download links. Submission terms also authorize displaying your stage name, track title and queue status. Upload permission alone does not authorize public playback, broadcast, replay or clips; those uses require separate rights and platform/session clearance.
Optional paid priority
If paid priority is offered and you choose it, checkout is handled by Shopify and its payment providers. They process the checkout information you provide under their own terms and privacy notices. Radio uses purchase-intent and cart references, order and line identifiers, selected amounts, currency, tax, payment/refund status and accepted priority terms to reconcile purchases and manage priority or refund review. Radio's artist form does not collect full payment-card numbers or card security codes. Free submission does not require a payment.
Cookies, browser storage and security information
Radio uses necessary first-party cookies for sign-in and request protection. The artist login challenge lasts up to five minutes. An artist session lasts up to eight hours and becomes invalid after thirty minutes of inactivity. Signing out invalidates that session. Server records contain hashed session and request-protection credentials, account identifiers and timing information. Expiration of access does not mean all associated records are immediately erased.
The artist page saves account-specific recovery information in this tab's session storage, including private receipt credentials, pending request identifiers, selected file name/hash/size/type and checkout recovery details. This lets you recover interrupted work. Signing out does not clear all saved recovery information. Browser session restoration may preserve it; clear this site's browser data if you need to remove local copies, after safely keeping any receipt credentials you need.
Additional necessary creator-request or staff-session cookies may be used on the corresponding features. We process request/network information for security, request validation and rate limits. The application rate limiter uses salted network-derived identifiers and counters. Hosting and network providers may also process request metadata and operational logs. This artist interface does not include advertising or analytics scripts; choosing Google sign-in loads Google's sign-in service, which processes requests under Google's own privacy policy.
Who receives information
Authorized operators and hosts can access private operational information needed to administer submissions and screen audio. Fly.io hosts the service and stored data. Google provides sign-in, and Shopify and its payment providers handle optional checkout. Publicly published profile information is accessible to visitors and may be copied by others. Audio and operational records may be included in service backups. Contacting support sends the information in your message through the email services involved.
Retention and your choices
There is no fixed automatic deletion deadline for artist accounts, submissions, uploaded audio, permission evidence or payment/audit records. These records may be retained for service operation, security, disputes and legal obligations. Some provenance and audit records are protected against ordinary deletion. Session expiry, withdrawal, signing out or unpublishing a profile does not erase these records or backups.
You can edit your profile, clear your optional contact email, turn off public profile or track-list publication, and withdraw an eligible submission through your account using its receipt credential. Withdrawal stops future queue eligibility; it does not erase prior use or permission history. There is no self-service account or audio-erasure control. Contact support to request access, correction or deletion review. We will need to assess the request and verify the account concerned; this notice does not promise immediate or complete deletion or a particular response deadline.
Google sign-in and checkout features are subject to their providers' privacy notices, including Google's privacy policy and Shopify's privacy policy.
